Wes Rivers is an essential part of the Garden Management team for Clint Horticulture. He also specializes in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), is a commercially licensed pesticide applicator, and our spray technician. He is passionate about the science behind his pesticide prescriptions, and immerses himself in plant systems and their ecological impact. Wes received his BS in Forestry and Horticulture from Stephen F. Austin State University. Prior to Clint Horticulture, Wes' experience in the green industry includes disease and pest management, forestry research, as well as commercial and residential garden management. He loves building relationships with our clients, and takes great pleasure and pride in seeing their gardens thrive.

 

Wes enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin, and children Alex and Caroline. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and of course, college football!!

 

Wes is an ISA Certified Arborist, a TDA Commercially Licensed Pesticide Applicator, and a member of the Texas Turfgrass Association.
